Mô tả công việc

1. Administrative support
• Manage office equipment, facilities/building and maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of purchases of fixed assets & equipment. Twice a year, conduct stock check of ACET's assets and equipment with Accounting Officer.
• Monitor use of equipment & facilities. Repair or replace lost or damaged items.
• Deal with suppliers, water and electric company, local police & other authorities
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the line manager
2. Human resources support
• Process work permit applications and extend visas for teachers
• Assist teachers with PIT registration at the Tax Department
• Record length of stay of expatriates in Vietnam to support personal income tax (PIT) calculation
• Process HR induction for new teachers and provide HR support and advice to teachers in matters relating to contracts, payroll, visa/work permit application, company policies & procedures
• Process expat payroll and medical insurance on monthly basis
• Prepare contract/agreement, personnel amendment or termination notice for expat teachers
• Follow up on periodical reports to local authorities: Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Immigration Office, etc.
• Assist the administrative tasks for events: Loyalty awards, Annual heath check, Annual staff outing trips/events, Uniforms, Staff's birthdays, etc.
• Perform other HR tasks assigned by the HR & Admin Manager

Yêu cầu

University degree
At least 2 years working experience in HR - Admin at same position.
Experience working for an international company preferred
Good command of spoken and written English
Excellent computing skills
Strong communication skills
Attention on detail and disciplined
Customer oriented problem-solving skills
Knowledge of negotiation and administration of contracts, legal documents and purchase platform
Understating of financial invoices

ACET is managed by IDP Education Vietnam, a well- reputed global education group and a co- owner of the IELTS test to assess the language ability.
