HR Admin Officer

 Responsible for administration and reporting matters relating to Mettler-Toledo Vietnam
 Administer and update employee information and personal files for Mettler-Toledo Vietnam
 Implement leave records and work attendance.
 Implement and support HR & Admin tasks including company activities for the Vietnam office
 Update HR News and other departments if required.
 Coordinate and prepare information for employees.
 Able or willing to use MS Teams and SharePoint as the HR communication channel including others application.
 Carry out any other work deemed necessary, or ad-hoc assignments as delegated by Superior(s).
 Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
