Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Labor Contract Support
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Administration and Document Management
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, organizing files, and coordinating meetings.
- Draft official correspondence and documents.
- Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing documents, contracts, and files.
Contract Review and Legal Liaison
- Assist in reviewing contracts and coordinating with the legal team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Ability to handle administrative procedures and legal compliance.
- Proficiency in HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and termination.
- Ability to draft and manage HR documents (contracts, job descriptions, policies, etc.).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR and administrative challenges.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Public Administration or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of labor law and relevant legal regulations is a plus.
Skills that will make you shine:
- Logical thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High discipline
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
