Recruitment and Onboarding:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective hiring.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction and address any issues.
HR Business Partnering:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and align HR strategies accordingly. .
