Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective hiring strategies
Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, social media, referrals, networking,...
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications
Schedule interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Coordinate pre-onboarding activities: document collection, contract preparation, and welcome announcements
Offboarding: Coordinate exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, complete clearance steps, and update HR records.
Perform general office administrative tasks and manage office equipment to ensure it is operational.
Work with suppliers on procurement, payments, and acceptance procedures, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Organize and archive official documents, contracts, and related paperwork.
Monitor employee schedules, timekeeping, and attendance.
Plan purchases and payments according to company needs.
Execute other tasks assigned by the Department Head or Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role
Agile, agile, with attention to detail
Proficient in using office information technology applications.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, persistent, hard-working, able to withstand pressure and high work intensity.
Sense of responsibility, honesty, meticulousness.
