Our client is aforeign-invested company, now looking for a HR Staff (C&B, Manufacturing, $700,ID19558):
Check timesheets, calculate monthly payroll, manage leave, overtime, and working hours.
Maintain and update payroll records, salary decisions, disciplinary documents.
Handle Social Insurance (SI): monthly increase/decrease and employee welfare claims.
Update labor law regulations related to salary, insurance, and benefits.
Prepare monthly labor reports.
Handle PIT tasks: tax declaration, deduction certificates, annual tax finalization.
Organize employee welfare for holidays and company events.
Manage employee data, labor contracts and probation contracts.
Support reward & discipline processes.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
Female, 1993-1997, local candidate preferred (near factory).
College/University degree in HR or related fields.
3-5 years of C&B experience in manufacturing factories (-300 employees).
Proficient in Excel, PIT & Social Insurance software; familiar with Bravo system.
Basic English reading/writing (mainly for documents).
Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, able to work under pressure.
