Reporting to Vietnam HR &
Admin Manager, your responsibilities are:
• Manage facilities at offices to ensure all are in good condition.
• Manage vendors (transportation, cleaning, office services...), monitor their contracts and proceed payment monthly.
• Verify consumption of utilities in the office within period and proceed payment on monthly basis.
• Coordinate closely with Safety and Maintenance functions to ensure operational activities in responsibilities area are under control and compliance.
• Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisition of new equipment and supplies as needed.
• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and events.
• Schedule, track meetings and appointments, book flights, hotel reservations, and travel logistics as needed.
• Responsible for full process of Expat employee's administration.
• Manage and schedule company shuttle bus and transportation.
• Task assigned by direct manager and relevant function.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Finance, Legal or relevant field.
• From 5 years of experience in HR/Admin role in Manufacturing.
• Prior experience in Expat Management is required.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholders' management skills.
• Independent, decisive, well organized and with problem-solving mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English.
