SUMMARY OF DUTIES
- Fully responsible for managing and operating both Human Resources (HR)
and General Affairs (GA) functions of the company.
- Ensure proper internal control is in place
- Ensure timely HR-GA is submitted for review
- Liaise with government office: social insurance office/auditors/labor agent/.... to follow up daily task in HR-GA.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all HR-GA activities of the company are recorded properly according to Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
- Performs the job in the HR-GA team as: following and checking on attendance record, payroll, input data into HR system, ...
- HR-GA declaration and finalization (workpermit, TRC, social book, labor report, ...)
- Checking attendance record to ensure follow rule as labor issue.
- Some other job relating to administrative and HR
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
a) Age 26 - 35
b) Education level
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Law, Business Administration, English Linguistics, or related fields.
c) Working Experience
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in HR & GA
d) Skills
- Good command of English (Intermediate to Advanced) for confident communication.
- Good understanding of current HR fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in labor law, social insurance system and so on from HR task.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office, popular accounting software (Fast, Misa, Effect, ...)
