Mô tả công việc
1. Planning and Reporting:
- Play a key role in maintaining and developing company culture and retention
strategies to reflect core values and enhance employee engagement.
- Analyze C&B trends to develop compensation strategies that enhance
retention and optimize the company budget.
- Oversee and develop initiatives to improve HR processes and systems to
ensure efficiency.
- Partner with Heads of Departments to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned
with company initiatives.
- Review reports and develop metrics for human resources, talent
management, and budget efficiency.
2. Recruitment:
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and
objectives; and meeting with Line Managers to discuss staffing needs.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process and performance to ensure
sufficient and effective manpower.
- Liaise internally and externally to process foreign documentation and ensure
a smooth immigration experience.
3. C&B:
- Ensure proper execution of C&B processes, including but not limited to
payroll, SHUI, PIT, onboarding/termination, promotion, foreigner
documentation, etc.
- Ensure relevant documents are up-to-date and compliant, including but not
limited to company policy, staff policy, staff records, contracts, appendices,
and more.
- Ensure the consistent application of company policies.
- Contribute to employee satisfaction and retention by planning employee
benefits and company activities.
- Detect employee issues and resolve them in a timely and appropriate
manner.
4. Purchasing & Administration:
- Ensure proper execution of purchasing processes, including but not limited
to processing requests, searching for suppliers, and approving payments.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the head office and campuses.
- Oversee company costs to ensure efficiency.

Yêu cầu
- Fluent in English.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the same position (experience in the education field is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
