Job Overview
Job Description
• Responsible for all spectrum of HR functions
• Salary administration, MPF administration, taxation, salary forecast and budget, year end audi
• Assist in arranging the recruitment process, interviews, staff orientation, exit checking process and job descriptions
• Assist in monitoring regional office's headcount movement and payroll
• Assist in developing, implementing, reviewing human resources strategies, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate performance appraisal process
• Organize employees' related activities
• Prepare correspondences, memorandums and announcements etc.
• Participate in various Human Resources issues in relation to employees and internal communications
• HR files, documents and records maintenance
• Provide administration and clerical support
• Maintain office operation including maintenance of office equipments (e.g. copier & fax machine) and supplies;
• Travel visa application for overseas travelling (provide information to the colleagues for application and arrange the driver for processing with completed documents);
• Prepare the records of hotel and flight consumption regularly;
Job Requirement
• Education level: Bachelors; major in Human Resources Management, Labor Economics, prefer fresh graduates in 2013.
• No experience required
• Fluent in English (both writing and communication)
• Good Computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook...)
• Outgoing character
• Excellent communication and persuasion skill
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, creative and responsible
