Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Prepare labor contracts, update regular contracts for all employees.
Administer HR policies and procedures (social insurance, benefits, assessments, etc.)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Communicate with staff regarding performance-related issues.
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
General office management such as ordering office supplies, office stationery etc.
Arranging both internal and external events.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
