Mô tả công việc
1. Talent Acquisition (30%)
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for various positions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Employer Branding (30%)
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Create compelling content for recruitment marketing materials, social media channels, and employer branding campaigns.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand.
3. Employee Engagement (40%)
Implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work culture.
Organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to celebrate achievements and promote employee morale.
Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement

Yêu cầu công việc
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and employee engagement roles, preferably in the technology industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
Creative thinking and innovative approach to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Honesty and high responsibility.
Experience with computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Can basically communicate (writing, speaking) in English
