Reporting to the
HR Manager and HRBP Team Leader, the HR Business Partner Officer will be responsible for delivering an excellent employee experience, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies. This role plays a key part in employee engagement, relations, and performance management, contributing to the organization's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering & Employee Relations
Act as a strategic partner to managers, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Foster strong employee relations, handle concerns, and support a positive workplace culture.
2. Employee Engagement & Retention
Develop and implement engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
Support coaching and mentoring programs to drive performance and retention.
3. Performance & Policy Management
Work closely with managers to monitor employee performance and implement improvement plans.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and support business needs.
4. HRIS & Reporting
Maintain and analyse HR data to provide insights for decision-making on staffing, attrition, and workforce planning.
