Mô tả công việc
1. Management & support
Consult with the leadership and management in order to foster and promote the engagement of the business's values and beliefs.
Resolve employee relation issues, conduct effective investigations, and recommend action for sensitive and complex situations
Coach the leadership and management in performance management processes, compensation and remuneration programs, recruitment practices, and management decision making.
Assist leadership and management on progressive discipline of employees as well as employment decisions.
2. Strategy
Facilitate implementation of new people initiatives in different departments and levels of the business.
Ensure alignment between people strategies and the existing business's policies and procedures, updating each as required.
3. Collaboration
Collaborate with the leadership and management in developing recruitment plans, identifying training needs, and advocating for continuous learning for employees where necessary, providing coaching and mentoring support where required.
Partner with stakeholders in ensuring that the best practices are adopted, ensuring the delivery of projects as required.
Take initiative and build relationships with the unions in order to facilitate a collaborative working practice.
4. Analytics
Conduct research, and consistently develop and enforce HR procedures and policies.
Analyse and report on people metrics, KPIs and trends in the business and uses these findings to develop strategies and solutions to issues that affect the business's employee relations
Ensure budgetary compliance on the metrics and recommend necessary adjustments with a view of enhancing departmental performance.
Analyse HR program activity, conduct performance analyses of the programs, prepare reports and proposals from findings.
5. Knowledge & opportunity
Maintain a clear and detailed knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labour legislation.
Strive to monitor and challenge existing labour policies and procedures in the business, constantly ensuring alignment with the business's values and the external legislations
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
6. Other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Busines, HR, Psychology, or any other related field
Minimum of 10 years proven work experience as an HR business partner
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant labour laws and practices
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices, familiar with HR metrics
Competency required:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
LaB competency
- Drivers of Future Readiness - aligning people strategy with the business strategy
- Capability Builders- translating business to capability needs
Minimum of 10 years proven work experience as an HR business partner
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant labour laws and practices
