We are seeking for 02 HR collaborators in charge of (1) Talent Acquisition and (2) Human Resources and Learning Development. The details as below:
Job Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
1. TALENT ACQUISITION COLLABORATOR
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to: Recruitment Manager.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies needed for open positions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during the recruitment process.
Oversee the recruitment website and LinkedIn profile of VinUniversity.
Develop communication materials to support recruitment initiatives.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English is the language of teaching and communication at VinUniversity. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least IELTS 6.5.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES AND LEARNING DEVELOPMENT COLLABORATOR
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Visa and Work Permit for Expatriates:
Provide legal advice and guide foreign experts in preparing documents related to applying for visas/work permits/TRC in Vietnam.
Understand labor laws related to foreigners; be familiar with the required documents and procedures for applying for work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and officials to handle documents and address issues related to foreigners.
Update laws, decrees, circulars, and other legal documents related to foreigners to advise and propose solutions to management.
2. Learning & Development:
Compile training report data: record data as required by the Human Resources - Training Department, ensuring that training data is collected fully, accurately, and on time.
Support the implementation of training programs and internal culture development: organize logistics, including setting up venues as required, preparing necessary equipment, arranging tea breaks/light lunches (if any), handling attendance, taking program photos, and recording training content as required.
Assist with internal communication: prepare communication materials as required by the Human Resources - Training Department.
3. Other related tasks as required by the Human Resources - Training Department.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in visa, work permit processing, or training and human resource development is an advantage.
Good communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English.
Organizational, time management, and efficient task handling skills.
Responsible, careful, and attentive to detail.
