Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR, Compliance & Admin Manager (Garment, $1600, ID 17201):
Develop and oversee administrative procedures and systems, finding ways to improve processes
Recruit and train staff, assign responsibilities, and manage office space across all departments.
Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching, guidance, and counseling to maximize efficiency.
Ensure smooth and effective communication within the company to support business operations.
Manage office supply inventory and budget for new purchases, focusing on cost efficiency.
Monitor factory expenses and contribute to budget planning
Organize and supervise various office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Develop HR plans, including orientation, training, motivation, and career development.
Create and implement recruitment policies, leave policies, annual increments, attendance bonuses, ...
Exhibit strong leadership and managerial skills, handle legal and disciplinary matters in compliance with the law, and manage crises effectively.
Manage welfare and administration processes while ensuring statutory compliance.
Coordinate and support the management team and department heads.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social compliance, and human rights standards.
Oversee employee health and hygiene, safety and security, and labor-management relations.
Conduct training, fire drills, and follow-up on improvements.
Ensure efficient operation of security, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Requirement
Male/ Female; over 35 years old
Graduated from university with a related major
At least 08 years working in the same position at FDI manufacturing companies, experience in garment companies is a plus
Fluent in English
