MOBILIZE Talent Acquisition is seeking an experienced HR Director for a global semiconductor manufacturer expanding its operations in Vietnam.
This executive appointment will lead the HR function at a major manufacturing operation, aligning people strategy with business growth, operational performance and organisational development.
The role requires a senior HR leader with substantial experience in large international manufacturing organisations and the ability to work effectively with local teams and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR strategy and function for the Vietnam manufacturing operation.
Translate business expansion plans into workforce, recruitment and organisational priorities.
Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession planning.
Guide performance management, leadership development and employee engagement.
Manage compensation and benefits policies to support competitiveness and retention.
Oversee employee relations and labour relations, ensuring compliance with applicable Vietnamese employment requirements.
Partner with manufacturing leaders to strengthen organisational capability and workforce effectiveness.
Develop the local HR team and maintain effective coordination with global HR and headquarters.
Use HR reporting and workforce analysis to support management decisions and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
At least 10 years of HR experience within large global manufacturing organisations
, including organisations with 5,000 or more employees.
Strong understanding of HR requirements in a complex manufacturing environment.
Experience leading HR teams and advising senior
business leaders.
Ability to manage organisational growth, change and workforce challenges.
