HR Director (to Work Oversea)

Role Purpose
Vingroup is seeking a Vietnamese Human Resources Director with long-term mobility to support the Group's overseas expansion strategy across key global markets. This role will focus on building high-performing organizations, developing global Vietnamese leadership talent, and driving people strategies for international business growth. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, adaptable across cultures, and capable of relocating and working long-term in overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. International HR Leadership
• Lead and execute HR strategies supporting Vingroup's international business expansion
• Partner with global business leaders to build scalable organizations in new markets
• Drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent readiness across regions
• Act as a strategic HR advisor to leadership teams during business transformation and market expansion
2. Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development
• Lead recruitment strategies for key leadership and critical business positions internationally
• Develop strong pipelines of Vietnamese and international talent for overseas operations
• Build leadership development and succession planning programs for regional teams
• Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction capability in global markets
3. Organization Development & HR Operations
• Establish and optimize HR policies, frameworks, and operating models across international entities
• Ensure alignment between local labor regulations and Group governance standards
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and capability-building initiatives
• Foster a high-performance, agile, and entrepreneurial culture aligned with Vingroup values
4. Cross-Cultural & Global Mobility Management
• Support relocation, mobility, and integration of Vietnamese leadership talent into overseas markets
• Build effective cross-cultural collaboration practices across multinational teams
• Act as a bridge between headquarters and international operations
