HR Executive (C&B)

HR RECORDS
• Prepare and maintain proper records of all HR documents, including Labor contract, benefit letters, transfer and promotion, resignation documents, etc.
• Maintain employee database system and profile to ensure that all data is updated accurately and on timely basis.
LABOR CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts for new hires, existing employees, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of employment contracts, amendments, and other HR-related data.
TIME ATTENDANCE
• Monthly time attendance record, movement report for payroll.
• Leave balance monthly record and update.
SOCIAL INSURANCE, HEALTH CARE INSURANCE
• Register and update social insurance, health care insurance for employees.
• Prepare and submit social insurance reports and handle related claims and benefits
EMPLOYEE TERMINATION
• Coordinate with resigned staff and related Department for termination process;
• Follow up on final payment for resigned employees.
• Handle queries of concerned staff.
OTHER
• Handle welfare matters including staff functions / events / accommodation, etc
• Handle all related documents for staff oversea business trip and domestic business trip.
• Handle Visa / Work Permit / Temp Resident Card matters for expatriate staff
• Other tasks as assigned by Superior.
