Job Responsibilities:
The HR Executive will be responsible for all HR-related initiatives especially in recruitment. The role will report directly to Recruitment Team Lead, as part of our HR team in Vietnam, and functionally to Talent Acquisition Manager of ASEAN HR.
1. Your primary role is to execute all Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding activities for Vietnam (70% bandwidth). This shall include but not limited to:
Managing the full recruitment cycle for Vietnam.
Collaborating closely with line managers to ensure a seamless hiring process, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Managing internship programs.
Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Manage employee information in HR system, make sure data is updated and accurate.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
2. You will also support payroll activities in monthly basis, and some other HR administrative related task assigned by the management (30% bandwidth).

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree in.
Very good at English skills
Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Services, relevant standards, and certification schemes and/or internal quality audit exposure.
Potential candidates may be those with extensive experience in Social Compliance Program Management/Factory Social Responsibility Assessments
Experience in conducting audits (having Audit log as proof), implementation and maintenance of management systems is advantageous.
