Implement the company's policy such as: Welfare, Compensation,...
Make payment requests and weekly and monthly expense reports to suppliers and proactively manage spending in the office
Manage and purchase working equipment and office assets
Arrange travel and accommodations
Manage internal systems for timekeeping tracking, e-learning, Grab business,...
Maintain and update employee databases and document
Manage and coordinate tea lady's office admin tasks
Coordinate to organize a number of internal engagement activities & training.
Support in scheduling interviews, onboarding, C&B...
Other tasks assigned by the manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Have 2-3 years experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Have cost management skills and work directly with vendor
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Good at English
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, careful and honest
