Location (Provide shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City): HCMC - Dong Nai - Phu My, Vung Tau
I. JOB PURPOSE
HR cum Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes, including but not limited to, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and provide effective administrative support to all departments. Cultivate and maintain a positive work environment between management and employees within the organization.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Human Resources:
1. MP Recruitment & Selection:
- Plan human resource recruitment on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis based on request of Factory Manager & other Managers.
- Modify and improve recruitment policies to attract talented candidates.
- Participate in the interview and recruitment process of new employees
2. Training & Development
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Plan training and human resource development on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis
3. C&B
- Handle monthly payroll, checking timesheet, prepare reports and ensure proper record to meet audit requirements or coordinate with Outsource HR service that Company signed service contract.
- Administer & follow-up staff movement and staff benefit plans including, Medical, Insurance, Pension schemes and ensure legal compliance
4. Industrial Relationship
- Work in collaboration with functional managers to address various HR needs as required
- Implement, review and update HR & Admin Policies and ensure proper execution
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and the management on human resource and work-related issues
- Establish and maintain effective industrial relations programs that promote harmonious working culture, employee morale, motivation, and engagement
5. Employee Administration
- Supervise and review task of HR-GA team in factory and make report to line manager
6. Budgeting
- To assist in control costing, budgeting and forecasting for Management Review
B. General Affairs:
- Manage Safety & Healthy & Formulate occupational health and safety policies
- Provide Basic / Value services to employee for support daily working
- Taking care of Visa & Work permit for expatriates.
- Provide Accomodation supports to local staff go to training in Indonesia Factory and to Experts from Indonesia/Japan to Vietnam.
- Taking care of subcontractor contract such as driver, maid, gardener, canteen staff and security
- Handle delivery of Document/package in factory
- Support preparing Company regulation to comply with Authority
- Handle Waste management (sell/dispose to 3rd party)
- Arrange Charity/ Donation (if any) as Company request.
- Manage Company car

III. REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-5 years of relevant working experiences with at least 2-3 years in leaders capacity
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Knowledge in all HR disciplines including employment legislation
- Able to translate business and HR strategy into practical solutions.
- Compensation + Benefit principles/programs
- Talent Resourcing and Management tools and methodologies
- Strong knowledge and experience of all relevant functions as well as a high level of organizational skills, accuracy and attention to details
- This role is key to supporting and delivering the business strategy and the role holder must demonstrate the attitude and mindset
- 4-5 years of relevant working experiences with at least 2-3 years in leaders capacity
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
