Position: HR Generalist

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Assist the HRM in building up a talent pool, candidate pool to ensure the availability of candidates for job vacancies.
• Support the HRM to ensure the plant is staffed with employees with the right level of competencies for the immediate and long term.
• Take lead in the recruitment process: checking the headcount budget, and availability of job description before job posting, sourcing, searching for candidates, prescreening, then coordination with hiring departments and participation in interviews and selection, offering the suitably qualified candidates to assume positions; check reference.
• Make analysis and reports on recruitment activities.
• Update candidate's database.
• Manage the human resources administration: on-board process, labor contract, probation, promotion, job movement, disciplinary action, attendance management, HR master list, medical check-up, uniform measurement, employee card information, HR filing system (soft & hard files)
• In-charge of the employee relation job tasks: satisfaction survey, exit interview, assist HRM in employee engagement efforts to maintain employee morale and welfare.
• Collaborate and support in activities and promoting the organizations Continuous Improvement strategy
• Other job assignments from the direct manager
Experience: At least 3-5 years in a related position, preferably in manufacturing.
Education: University Degree (or equivalent)
Competencies:
• Master the function and process of recruitment, personnel management, employee relation.
• Knowledge about the labor law and other HR relative law
• Knowledge about the business departments' key function
• Knowledge HR other functions
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point
• Proficiency in use of HR Software
• Interviewing and evaluation skill
• Fluent English (listening, reading, speaking, writing)
• Planning & Organizing Skill - able to work out the recruitment plans and organize all the recruitment activities
• Time Management - able to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately.
• Presentation Skills - able to deliver the company vision, mission and values to candidates.
• Individual working skill
• Team working skills - able work in a team and in harmony with all team members but at the same time confident of own skills and opinions.
• Collaborative - work well with others and engenders a spirit of trust and teamwork.
• Skill in design and graphic is an advantage
