Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and long-term commitment HR Generalist who is strong at recruitment and willing to do multi-tasks. You will play a crucial role in our HRA team in driving HRA services and maintaining positive relationships with employees both expats and locals.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: In charge of Recruitment for the company: Searching and advertising recruitment information, prepare necessary forms for interview and recruitment & in charge of interview logistics.
- Maid stuff and Stationery order and control, monthly inventory and report;
- Create finger record for new comer, control device;
- Update employee information;
- Maintenance filling system;
- Memo/Announcement;
- Follow and check payment of stationary, EMS, supplies;
- Update profile of staff;
- Planning and organization company's activities;
- Doing reports as requisition;
- Checking administration expenses
- Monthly checking attendance , leave and makes report;
- In charge of the administration part of C&B, SI and staff welfare activities in accordance with the company regulations & Vietnam;
- In charge of visa/temporary resident cards application and renewal for foreign employees;
- Support in obtaining required licenses as requirement such as Work permit, Medical licenses for expat employees if requires;
- Prepare necessary equipment, uniform and stationary for new comer;
- Labor contract up date and makes report;
Other ad hoc tasks.
