INFINIQ is a Korean corporation that is a leader in the industry of providing data for automatic vehicles based on artificial intelligence. INFINIQ Vietnam was established in 2018 with the mission of providing an elite and professional human resource team serving in the artificial intelligence industry - the technology field of the future. Besides, INFINIQ Vietnam also provides consulting and software testing services, quality and stability testing of products in specialized industries...

DESCRIPTION:
Enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing the recruitment process.
Maintain and process monthly payroll by system, calculation, and entry data.
Be responsible for managing social, health, and unemployment insurance; prepare and submit labor and social insurance reports to local authorities.
Maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering, and measuring learning and development.
Be responsible for SHUI & PIT (including PIT finalization).
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Overseeing employee time attendance / leave management system.
Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes for the newly joined and resigned employees.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Implementing all mandatory reports to HQ as required.
Ensure and provide the best working environment for staff such as managing working facilities (computers, seats, etc.), office facilities, stationeries, and working with external suppliers providing facility services.
Manage the internal documents and cooperate with the accounting department (outsourced) for payments such as office payments, etc.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Other tasks will be assigned by the Directors.

Yêu cầu
Must have 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices (required)
Strong knowledge of HR Process management
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to work independently.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Ability to handle data with high confidentiality is a must.
Good Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel, good at internet search skills.
Good English communication in writing and verbal.

Working time: From 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, Day off: Saturday, Sunday.
Competitive salary (Negotiable according to ability and experience).
Pay social insurance based on gross salary
