Mô tả công việc
In charge of recruitment based on weekly, monthly, quarterly requests;
Implement plans to develop potential talent pools to adapt the company's growth rate;
Implement the plan for both internal and external recruitment strategy to ensure achieve TA's goal;
Manage and tracking TA's performance and optimize conversion rate to strive for recruitment outcomes;
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the current situation and have appropriate solutions;
Improve effectiveness and success in recruiting, retaining and engaging employees;
Review and comment on recruitment processes to ensure the TA team always meets recruitment needs;
Work with Employer Branding Team to enhance the talent pool;
In charge of hotline and answering questions related to recruitment on channels;
Responsible for updating the department organizational chart (HO);
Responsible for updating job descriptions of recruiting positions (HO);
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
University/college degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field;
Labor law and regulations on labor hygiene and safety;
Knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
