Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for human resources and administration function including recruitment, training, organization development, compensation & benefit, employee relations and manage administrative operation of the company.
- Develop strategies, policies, initiatives and monitor Human Resources management in accordance with the overall of business strategy.
- Prepare the Human Resources Group's annual budget plan to ensure high operational efficiency according to budget guidelines.
- Advise the Company Management Committee on human resources activities including employee issues, labor Law and Government relations.
- Develop internal working regulation, procedures, and regulations for businesses and monitor compliance with that regulation.
- Manage human resources and administration's responsibility (Expats, Transportation, Canteen, gardening, driver, company assets, ...)
- Manage HR tools and regular HR reports.
Recruitment:
- Responsible for human resources manpower planning.
- Responsible for implementing the company's human resources recruitment program by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy.
Training & development:
- Formulates and implement training policies, training plan and procedures.
- Formulate and implement performance management system.
- Work with department heads on the career path of their staffs
Compensation & Benefit:
- Propose and control the implementation of the company's compensation policy.
- Supervise job analysis & evaluation, analyses compensation survey and obtains all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals & budgets. Prepare salary & benefits budgets & proposals.
- Manage and monitor activities related to issues occurring to employees with respect to Labor Law, policy and internal regulation.
Administration:
- Manage administrative operation of the company.
- Carry out internal activities to encourage teamwork, core behaviors, values and strengthen the cohesion of all employees in the company.
- Providing/managing/monitoring the corporate services, such as: Expats, employee's transportation, office rental, meals, beverages, office equipment, immigration issues, printing materials, etc.....
- Being in charge of admin infrastructure (monitor/maintenance/modify...)
- Being in charge of company events, such as Teambuilding, staff dinner and others, if any.
- Preparing/monitoring all services contracts in line with HR group.
HR services:
- Control the administration of the labor Law, the collective labor agreement, the internal regulation agreement, all extra contractual agreement.
- Monitor the personnel administration program such as maintain personnel files, records, updating information, etc... Control absenteeism and other personnel statistic.
Others: Other human resources and administration duties assigned by Supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
- Degree holder or upper
Skill:
- Good knowledge about compensation, strategic, organizational development, change management, training, performance management, career development, employee relation.
- Labor code, tax code, social insurance code: fully understand law requirements.
- Excellence written and verbal English and local language skills.
- Japanese (N3 or higher) is advantage.
Experience:
- At least 5 years' experience management in human resources field.
