Mô tả công việc
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets for the HRIS function to ensure efficient usage of resources
Monitor execution/progress of short-/long-term plans to cater to HR's system requirement needs, in line with Group-wide offerings and IT governance standards
Test and implement HRIS-related solutions (e.g. SAP HRIS, talent portal, HR dashboard, e-recruitment, etc.) to drive HR strategic and operational effectiveness
Monitor ongoing daily HRIS and employee data integration between various system platforms (e.g. SAP HRIS, Lotus Notes, HR payroll system, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of HR operational activities
Review system workflows and specifications. Escalate problems/issues. Manage high-level data quality in all HRIS
Conduct standard diagnosis and troubleshooting on software packages and hardware issues to support stakeholders' daily IT queries/requests
Monitor HRIS training schedules and communication plans to equip employees with knowledge to operate existing/new/updated systems
Execute HRIS projects to enhance existing system needs (e.g. new system implementation, HRIS upgrades, standardization to global requirements, etc.)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure stakeholder requirements are met regarding SAP HRIS, talent portal, global HR dashboard, e-recruitment, etc.
Manage relationship with external IT vendors/consultants to enable smooth running of system upgrade/improvement initiatives

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
Demonstrate sound knowledge in SAP HRIS, talent management, HRIS trends, best practices, design, solution evaluation and the use of appropriate technologies
Demonstrate knowledge in HR-related needs and provide consulting on design and delivery of HRIS solutions
Demonstrate research and analytical skills
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-culture interactions
Education
Degree in IS/HR or a related discipline
Work experience
Minimum two to five years' experience in a similar role
