As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you have a chance to learn & practice including but not limited to:
Handle hiring requests for both technical and non - technical jobs including:
Collecting hiring demands: work with Hiring Director/Hiring Manager to finalize the hiring demands & JDs as well as fulfillment timeline.
Defining a plan to fulfill the hiring requests.
Sourcing candidates, screening resume, call approach for the right opening jobs.
Selection: phone interview, schedule interview, joining interview, collect interview feedback, etc.
Oversighting the hiring process & progress.
Practice and participate to build a large candidates database.
Joining the team bonding, team building and sharing activities.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager.
