Mô tả công việc
1. Develop HR Policies and Procedures:
● Formulate, review, and update company policies and procedures in alignment with company culture and local laws and regulations.
● Ensure consistency and application of HR policies across all locations.
2. Cultivate Company Values:
● Work closely with the Co-founders, CEO and Chief Accountant to articulate and embed company values throughout the organization.
● Develop and implement initiatives to cultivate a company culture grounded in performance excellence, quality assurance, responsibility, consistency, precision and company rules compliance.
3. Performance Management and KPIs:
● Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments and roles.
● Implement performance management systems to track and evaluate employee performance.
● Create and manage bonus/malus programs to drive performance and motivation.
4. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
● Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
● Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the WE FOOD culture.
● Create and implement recruitment policies to attract talents.
5. Employee Relations:
● Design team-building activities to enhance collaboration and communication within the organization
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts promptly.
● Conduct employee feedback sessions and implement improvement initiatives.
6. Training and Development:
● Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
● Support career growth by providing opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.
8. Collaboration and Reporting:
● Work closely with co-founders, CEO, and other team leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
● Ensure smooth communication across all departments and provide regular HR reports to the leadership team.

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role in a multicultural environment.
● Strong understanding of both international and Vietnamese work cultures.
● Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Vietnam.
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
● Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Strong work ethic and a hard working attitude.
● High level of integrity in handling sensitive information.
● Business sense and an understanding of organizational operations.
