Must have:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals.
- Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a steady influx of top-tier talent.
- Optimization of recruitment channels, processes, costs & branding development
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and manage a competitive salary system that aligns with industry standards and supports talent retention.
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes.
- Experience in salary system design and efficient personnel costs management.
- Identify areas for enhancement in HR processes and policies, driving positive change.
- Design and organize engaging events to create a vibrant and happy workplace for our young talents.
Plus to have
● Experience working in an IT company
● Experience in designing internal educational programs, especially in soft skills.
Qualifications:
● Age: Up to mid-30s
● Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
● Experience in FDI company of over 50 employees with at least 2 years as HR leader role and achieve remarkable contribution to company development.
● Specialization in recruitment and talent acquisition.
● Strong expertise in number management, data analysis.
