Mô tả công việc
1. Internal Activities & Engagement
Plan and organize internal events: company trip, team buildings, sport club,
Propose and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
2. Internal Communication
Manage internal communication channels (internal platforms, emails, chat groups).
Draft and publish internal announcements, newsletters, and event recaps.
Ensure timely and clear communication of HR policies, programs, and company news.
3. Employer Branding
Work with the recruitment team to plan and implement employer branding strategies.
Manage online employer presence across job boards and social media platforms.
Support external events such as job fairs, campus talks, and career days.
4. Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs based on company and departmental needs.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Monitor training effectiveness and propose improvements.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in HR, especially in internal engagement, communication, employer branding, or training.
Good reading and writing skills in English; strong verbal communication is a plus.
Experience in C&B and a good understanding of labour laws is a big plus.
Creative mindset, ability to work independently and take initiative.
Good project management and organizational skills.
