HR Legal Specialist

Purpose of the job
This position contributes to Starbucks success by implementing business compliance policy, legal spporting to Store operations and related department within the organization. This position also plays important roles in assisting Total Pay & Talent Acquisition teams on documentation and administrative tasks.
Job Description
Business Compliance & Legal Supporting (50%):
Responsible for applying necessary license for Store operations (pre-opening, opening and then).
Responsible to prepare and provide documents/guidance to Store in meeting with local inspectors, initiating post-inspections.
In charge of updating new law regulations and provide clarification to internal stakeholders for the changes. Handle to advise on a variety of legal issues and legal risks.
Organizing the periodic health check and providing fire-fighting and rescue training.
Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to store operations.
Manage to store all of licensing versions included origins, notarize copies and scans. Responsible for monitoring and collecting employees' documents.
HR Administration (50%):
Process all new starters and leavers including production of employment contracts, induction packs, reference requests, company handbooks, leaver letters and holiday payments.
Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts
Assist with any recruitment administration, including employment applications, interview arrangement, data input and ensure safer recruitment practices are met.
Assist with reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
Assist with entering variable overtime and expense payments.
