HR Manager (IT/ Fintech/ E-commerce) - Financial

Job description: Responsible for HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy; develop and control the HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Manage and develop the employee relationship by addressing demands, grievances or other issues; Make recruitment plan and carry out the process; Make plan and manage a performance appraisal system which ensure employee' high performance; Develop compensation and benefits program; Research training needs to apply and monitor training programs; Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics; Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management; Maintain and develop an effective and positive working environment Requirements: Degree in Human Resources or related field Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive At least three years'experience in human resource management is preferred. Knowledge of HR systems and databases In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Fluent in English Experience in acquiring technology human resources Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company #LI-PSKVN
