Lead the establishment of HR operations at the Vietnam site, including building HR systems and hiring a local HR team from the ground up.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and HR HQ to ensure HR strategies align with business priorities (organization design, job architecture, training needs analysis, compensation benchmarking).
Oversee strategic and operational HR initiatives that support site development and business expansion.
Design and implement end-to-end HR policies and processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, compensation, offboarding).
Coordinate manpower planning and budgeting with both site and HQ stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and local HR best practices.
Manage work permit and visa processes for Chinese and Taiwanese expatriate employees.
Serve as a cultural bridge between HQ and local teams, fostering understanding, integration, and alignment.
Develop local talent acquisition strategies, enhance employer branding, and build talent pipelines.
Champion employee experience and engagement initiatives to maintain a people-centric work culture.
Monitor HR policy implementation and provide strategic insights on workforce trends and risks.
Formulate and implement annual HR plans in line with business objectives.
Drive efficient and cost-effective HR operations while maintaining service quality.
Handle additional HR duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, with 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
Proven experience in establishing HR operations in a new market or start-up environment.
Good at English, Vietnamese is a plus.
