• Develop, drive and execute on various recruitment strategies for multiple functional areas to meet the company demands of human resources in terms of headcount, timeline, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Provide proactive consultation and direction to management in areas of recruitment, employee/labor relations, performance management, training and development, and overall organizational effectiveness
• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of HR team
• Administers C&B tasks
• Monitors performance reviews and ensures timely implementation
• Responsible for establishing all HR policies, procedures when necessary
• Increase understanding and consistent application of company policies, procedures, and practices through training, coaching
• Maintain human resources information database and provides reports to management as needed
• Responsible for daily administrative affairs

• At least 1 year experience in Human Resources Manager role.
• Experience in IT industry is a plus
• Have experiences in all HR fields including recruitment, training and C&B
• Good at recruitment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of staff
• Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
• Ability to respond to significant inquiries or issues from employees, managers or government agencies
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, which can inspire people around
• Good English communication skill
