Mô tả công việc
Compensation and Benefit:
- Work closely with subordinate to ensure that monthly payroll task is accuracy and punctual.
- Manage and support team member on performing monthly attendance records and ensure accuracy and payday schedules
- Work with subordinate to ensure that wages, personal income tax, social security fund, provident fund and other related income are correct and accurate
- Coordinate with Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll
- Collect, check and keep the database up-to-date to produce monthly payroll report and information for the management reporting system to support management.
- Work with team member to ensure that personal data/employee data are proper documented and well filing in place under related law such as Labor Law, PDPA, etc.
- Review final payments for accuracy and compliance with labor laws
Employee Relation:
- Being a contact center and key driver for all social and labor compliance audit or any audit concerning Human Resources
- Participate to all audits according to the schedule thru all the year plan
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Support and involve with team member for Investigate any actions/events against the Company's rules & policies and advise to manage the appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Support team to developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Keep up to date with local labor and employment policies and regulations, ensuring company compliance
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Design, plan and implements as company's employee relations programs, policies and procedures.
Recruitment:
- Support team and also in charge of the full-cycle recruitment process, including efficient candidate sourcing, selecting, referring, interview arrangement, offering, and onboarding confirmation
- Consolidate and Update monthly recruitment report
- Conduct exit interviews for employees upon necessary, analyze the reason and provide suggestion
Training and Development:
- Support and manage team to oversee yearly training plan
- Monitoring to ensure that all training are in line with legal requirement
General Administration:
- Support and manage team for all general administration task as necessary

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification:
- Proficient in English skills (speaking and writing)
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ HRM/ or other related equivalent filed
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in managing human resources functions
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and codes, HR best practices, HR systems and databases
- Having knowledge of C&B practices & regulations
- Experience and familiar with payroll software program such as HRIS, HRMs, or equivalent
- Happy to work with all level of people and work as a team
- Having background in customer compliance and code of conduction practice and audit
- Proficient in English skills (speaking and writing)
