- Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including managing recruitment process, administering payment, welfare, benefits, training, development, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices;
- Ensure HR department's operation effectively and smoothly. Ensure the Company is provided with enough and quality labor force.
- Partners with BOD and HR Managers of the Group to discuss, understand, provide consultancy and execute on strategic staffing plans, compensation & benefits, performance management, budget, labor relation, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Design, develop and manage HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure that HR initiatives are competitive, innovative and cost effective to the group.
- Support to the business operation strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; Contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage and assign employees for the suitable function, obligation of each department.
- Ensure compliance in all HR practices, ensure all legal documents for both expat and local employees to be proceeded on time and complied with law and company regulations. Especially ensure work permit, visa, and temporary residential card of expat to be implemented on time with optimal cost.
- Be responsible for planning, scheduling and organizing company events including annual company gathering, travel arrangements, YEP, etc...
- Manage the HR budget effectively to the Group's business situation.
- Maintains professional knowledge, trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Internal and external relation management to support professional and effective communication between all parties. On behalf of BOD to meet and deal with government authorities and third parties related to HR issues.
- Other tasks as assigned by BOD.
Yêu cầu
Educational background: - University degree in HR management/ Business Administration or related majors.
Experiences:
- At least 3- 5 years' experience at managerial position in foreign invested company with relevant working scopes.
- Candidates must have knowledge and experience working in Real Estate- Construction- Project Management field.
Skills required:
- Strong negotiation skill and communication skill in both Vietnamese and English languages.
- Demonstrate high sense of people management skills.
- Possess an open-minded approach coupled with a strong business acumen, demonstrate a people-centric mindset.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, SHUI law, PIT law and other regulations.
- Organized and analytical mind, flexible, good strategic and planning skills;
- Problem solving skill and self-organization skill.
