We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven HR Manager to join our organization during an exciting growth phase. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping, implementing, and optimizing the entire employee journey-from attracting and developing to retaining top talent-while cultivating a strong organizational culture and building a modern, effective HR system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Engagement & Company Culture: Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement and measure employee happiness. Collaborate with leadership to build and promote a sustainable organizational culture.
Performance Management & Career Development: Implement performance evaluation systems and develop career path frameworks and leadership development programs.
Internal Communications & Employer Branding: Oversee internal communication channels and activities, establish effective two-way communication, and collaborate with Marketing/TA to enhance the employer brand.
Learning & Development: Develop L&D strategies, design and deliver training programs aligned with organizational competency development.
HR Strategy & Systems: Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals. Review, design, and optimize HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic HR or consulting roles in tech companies, large-scale organizations, or advisory firms.
Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive HR initiatives such as performance management systems, competency frameworks, and employee engagement programs.
Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and decision-making based on organizational insights.
Excellent internal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and senior leadership.
Fluent in English in a professional work environment.
Preferred experience in L&D, coaching/mentoring, internal communications, or employer branding.
Experience working in fast-growing or scaling organizations is a strong advantage.
