Building a human resource management system including: Processes, regulations, rules, instructions, forms.
Ensure that documents, labor contracts, company rules/regulations are properly built on the basis of labor law and comply with Vietnamese law.
Responsible for monitoring and handling social insurance-related regimes.
Responsible for developing and advising the Board of Directors on human resource-related issues and policy development.
Supervise salary and bonus calculations.
Update legal regulations on regimes, policies, and wages to promptly supplement and amend the Company's regimes and policies in accordance with the law.
Advise, develop and implement Salary - Bonus Regulations, Welfare Regulations, salary system/salary scale.
Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
Yêu cầu
Good English
University degree or higher, over 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in office software, especially Excel.
Careful, meticulous, responsible in work.
Priority is given to candidates with experience working in a production environment with a scale of 100 employees or more
