Execute the onboarding process for expatriate teachers, from visa application process, guidance on documentation preparation, contract preparation to their first onboarding day.
Organize and facilitate induction sessions for new teachers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience that conveys Apollo's values and culture.
Assist in the preparation of visa applications, documents needed for work permit application, and other legal documents required for expatriate employment.
Provide support and guidance to new hires regarding Apollo policies, procedures, and expectations.
Coordinate with departments to ensure all paperwork is accurate, on time, and maintain proper employee and visa records.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
Monitor new hires' progress during onboarding, provide needed support, and improve processes as necessary.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to expatriate employment and visa requirements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the
HR Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or onboarding preferred.
Excellent English (both oral and written)
Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
Familiarity with visa and work permit regulations for expatriates in Vietnam is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel & PowerPoint, Word.
Independent & detail-oriented - able to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver accurate results.
