Handle recruitment activities including JD posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, and candidate communication.
Manage HR Operations tasks such as contracts, onboarding/offboarding, personnel files, staff list management, and scheduling.
Support attendance tracking and basic C&B administration.
Prepare, translate, and standardize HR documents, reports and internal announcements.
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Coordinate and support other HR tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
At least 6 months of experience in Recruitment or HR Administration (HR Operations).
Good command of English.
Good Excel and administrative skills.
Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Working place: 88 Linh Lang, Phường Giảng Võ, Hà Nội.
