We're currently hiring 2 new people for 2 positions as below:
1. Recruitment Officer (
Nhân viên Tuyển dụng)
Conduct recruiting workers and officers.
Based on the development strategy of company to set up a Yearly recruitment plan.
Based on Recruitment demands of Departments to set up Monthly recruitment targets.
Set up, analyze and propose effective recruitment methods to estimate the budget for next year.
Timely recruit employees for Departments.
Set up and adjust related recruitment regulations/policies to be suitable with the actual situation.
Do statistics and manage Annual recruitment costs.
Develop employer branding.
Make daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly report or the other reports as required by Superiors.
Support training and development tasks.
2. HSE Officer (
Nhân Viên HSE)
Training on OSH knowledge.
Deploy and monitor the implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards systems.
Deploy and support the implementation of OSH risk assessments and respond to emergency situations in the factory.
Deploy standards, guide, monitor, and support the implementation of specialized projects on OSH, environmental protection, and energy saving (if any).
Check working environmental conditions, management and use of chemicals according to regulations.
Monitor usage, update data of energy, fuel, and waste consumption and conduct reports (if any).
Update relevant legal documents.
Synthesize reports on OSH and environment submitted to relevant agencies.
Check, prepare documents, conduct reports and welcome customers to audit the factory.
