Key Responsibility
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and documentation control.
Manage and review payroll inputs, timekeeping, leave, and OT to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Supervise and optimize employee benefits programs (insurance, health check, allowances), including vendor management and cost control.
Manage and monitor compensatory leave and overtime practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with company guidelines.
Lead and coordinate HRIS (iHRP) operations, including data accuracy, reporting, system enhancement, and user experience improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, audits, and reporting requirements.
Support and guide team members in handling employee queries, complex cases, and operational issues.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability of HR operations.

Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations / C&B, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, benefits, and labor compliance
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience in HRIS (iHRP is a plus)
