Mô tả công việc

1. Manage the system of policies, regulations and regulations on personnel:

Coordinating to build a system of policies, regulations and regulations on human resource activities to ensure the development of human resources of the Company.
Implement policies, evaluate implementation and propose improvement options when necessary.

2. Personnel planning:

Coordinate with departments, build organization chart, hierarchy, title, annual headcount.
Making short-term and long-term human resource plans including: recruitment plan, training and development plan, cohesive activity plan, etc...
Submit to superiors for approval and make adjustments when required.

3. Overall management of HR:

Direct the implementation and control the implementation of the Company's personnel recruitment plan, ensuring that the requirements for quality, quantity and recruitment time are met.
Directly participate in recruitment interviews, negotiate remuneration for positions from the head of the department and above.
Proposing the appointment, dismissal, rotation of employees or providing information on personnel appraisal at the request of the leader to carry out the personnel mobilization.
Directing and controlling the implementation of training activities, ensuring that the requirements on duration and quality are met.
Organize the application of salary, bonus, allowance, insurance regime, welfare regime and support working conditions for employees.
Participating in the development of a system of policies on reward and discipline and organizing the implementation.
Controlling activities related to procedures: signing/terminating labor contracts, transferring, rewarding, disciplining...; Manage employee records to ensure proper procedures.
Organizing corporate culture development activities.
Directing the implementation of bonding activities, team building.

4. Budget management for HR activities:

Participate in the development and adjustment of the budget for personnel periodically in accordance with the actual needs and policies of the Company.
Ensure that the human resource budget is used effectively and economically.

5. Administration and management of administrative work:

Managing the implementation of all administrative work of the Company: uniform distribution; stationery; means of transportation (rented cars, taxis); IT, Maintenance...legal papers; apply for a food safety and fire protection license for the restaurant; apply for visa, work permit, temporary residence card for foreigners.

6. Other tasks:

Controlling the content of reports and information related to the Company's personnel issues when sent to the authorities.
Professional advice or how to handle issues related to human resource management for the Company's leadership.
Make periodical reports according to the regulations of the Company or when there is an unexpected request of the leader.
Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

HR Manager experience around 10 years.
Working experience in foreign company (F&B highly preferred).
C&B: Job grade development based on working place (G grade for office, S grade for operations), Sophisticated Salary Pay Band, Standard Incentive Scheme.
KPI/OKR (Agile-defined output), Yearly performance appraisal and salary review.
Creating a New Organization Structure based on business development.
HR ERP system: Preferred to develop (or migrate) the HR system.
HRIS (Human Resource Information System) development preferred.
Specialized Manpower Supplement/Recruitment according to our rapid expansion plan.
General Affair Team management experience preferred.
Fluently in English.
Good at communication, negotiation skill.
