HR Manager/ HR generalist
Ensure timekeeping, salary calculation, bonuses, ... monthly. Answering employees' questions.
Perform operations related to social insurance, PIT, labor employment, ETC.
Manage HR information; salary and bonus regime; transfer and appointment; labor contracts; annual leave, commendation, discipline....
Drafting, submitting and promulgating Official Dispatches, Notices, Decisions, ETC. in the company. Receive and archive legal documents, personnel records and other relevant documents.
Propose procurement and management of facilities, assets and office equipment.
Monitor and manage activities related to maintaining the culture of the enterprise.
Organize the company's activities and events throughout the year.
Perform other tasks at the request of superiors.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from a university majoring in Human Resources, Office Management or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience in the field of Human Resources
• Communication skills with human resources, good organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Honest, responsible and productive under high pressure.
• Good English communication skills.
