Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
· Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing recruitment documents.
· Coordinate onboarding procedures for new employees.
· Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
2. HR Administration
· Prepare and manage employee documents, including labor contracts, personnel files, and HR-related correspondence.
· Update and maintain employee information in HR systems.
· Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
3. Employee Relations
· Assist in handling employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
· Support employee engagement activities and company events.
· Promote effective communication between employees and management.
4. Training & Development
· Coordinate internal and external training programs.
· Maintain training records and support training evaluations.
· Assist in identifying employee development needs.
5. Compensation & Benefits Support
· Assist in attendance tracking and payroll-related data preparation.
· Support benefit administration, including insurance, leave management, and employee welfare programs.
6. Compliance & Reporting
· Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.
· Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data when required.
· Support internal and external audits related to HR activities.
7. Other Duties
· Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Supervisor or
HR Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
