Mô tả công việc
1) General HR management
• Post recruitment, receive, screen resumes and coordinate with the HRD to conduct interviews, send invitations and draft labor contracts for successful candidates. • Guide and introduce new employees to the Company's policies and regulations.
• Support the training activities of the projects.
• Salary calculation and analyze
• Periodically synthesize information, analyze and propose adjustments to salary, bonus and remuneration in accordance with the labor market and actual conditions of the Company and submit it to HRD for consideration.
• Update, arrange and keep employee records in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in and properly complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
2) Marketing:
• Responsible for all activities on SNS platforms, mainly Company web page, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc..
• Enhance B2B client engagement via multiple online channels by exploring relevant touch points, proposing ideas and executing PR and advertising plans.
• Research potential markets and constantly stay up-to-date with the industry trends.
• Adopt new technologies (for instance, new marketing tools or platforms) for more efficient workflow within the department.
• Assist in recruiting and overseeing marketing-related external vendors.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure timely support if needed and smooth workflow in the whole company.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 0-5 year experience related with HR or MKT field
- Bachelor - Master degree with related major (Education / Business / Administration / etc.)
- Fluent in English (Require CV by English)
- Require MS Office skills.
- Prefer to design (Photoshop) skill and related experience
- Prefer highly understanding of foreign / Korea business culture
- Prefer Basic understanding of Labor Code and related regulations
- Well communication, hardworking, highly responsible and proactive in work.
- Bachelor - Master degree with related major (Education / Business / Administration / etc.)
- Fluent in English (Require CV by English)
- Require MS Office skills.
