Mô tả công việc

Supervise a team responsible for resolving employee inquiries
Lead the preparation and creation of the necessary data & documentation for processing changes (personal data, job information, reporting line changes, compensation changes, etc) into the HR System (Peoplesoft)
Ensure that all PeopleSoft Data Transactions are executed accurately and on-time
Manage responses to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels (e.g., email, phone, chat, and case management system)
Be an expert on HR policy-related questions, provide guidance to both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate
Educate employees of services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems. Conduct training whenever necessary.
Ensure high-quality standards for all GWO activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the GWO organization
Identify outdated knowledge articles and/or the need to create new knowledge articles
Actively seek ways to expand the knowledge base through identifying process gaps and employee needs. Educate content owners the correct way to manage articles in the knowledge base.
Actively lead process standardization & service delivery projects through engagement with HR and line management.
Act as an expert on the knowledge base and ad.a inquiries.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor Degree
General familiarity of internal landscape, HR sub-functions, and knowledge of payroll and benefits administration and procedures preferred
English fluent
Tech savvy, ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems
Experience with PeopleSoft Data Transaction Management
Ability to generate a sense of urgency with understanding of when to escalate issues
Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgement and discretion
Ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements
Flexibility and the willingness to cover other tasks as needed, and adapt to ongoing changes
Superior verbal and written communication skills required
Ambassador for service excellence to deliver best in class employee and workforce experience, using service delivery platforms [or in person when it matters]
