JOB SUMMARY
Supervise and maintain HR routine work, and develop HR team and train the subordinates. Assist Senior HR manager to complete company HR strategic plan and meet.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist HR Manager in developing, implementing, and updating employment practices, compensation, benefits, and human resource programs and methods on a regular basis.
2. Assist HR Manager in developing and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbook
3. Assist HR Manager in developing internal communication strategies and processes to keep projects, programs, and/or departments informed on critical HR issues, policies and procedures
4. Assist HR Manager in developing and implementing the personnel services and programs as performance management (evaluation tools, methods and formats), talent retention, key position succession, staff support program, employee relations, and grievance management.
5. Maintain an up-to-date organization chart for Wanek as a whole company.
6. Handed over and controlled all activities in the HR team (Recruitment - training - trainee-coaching, appraisal, dismissal, promotion...). Interviews, selecting candidate, and recruit new comers to replace the resigned employees and have placed successfully many key positions, and other executive positions...
7. Oversee the registration of the new employees and the procedure of employees' exit and set up the presentation of orientation programs for the newcomers.
8. Responsible for staff's labor contract, C&B, rewards, incentive and motivation, SI, labor report, disciplinary actions, terminate the contract, ...
9. Supervise the signing and the renewing the labor contracts and update information of candidates into company's database (GP8000, MAPICS System).
10. Responsible for maintenance of HR software;
11. Handle the employee relations;
12. Deal with and follow up the employee suggestions
13. Track and compare with the current headcount and the ratio of production workers
14. Organize and conduct new production employees orientation
15. Organize and participate the activities of company;
16. Maintain good relations with government labor agencies
17. Others as assigned by the HR Director or General Director

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
University Degree, Major in Human Resources, or in related fields
2. Experience
Minimum 5 year HR experience, of which, 2-year at supervisor level
3. Skills and Abilities
- Good of command in English
- Rich in Human Resources knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Interview and screening skills
- Strong leadership, management, communication skills are compulsory.
- Skilled in delivering training
- Work Hands-on
- Results oriented
- Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.
- Very proactive and energetic.
- Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent.
- Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure
- Work well in a team-based environment.
- Skilled in Computer Operation ( MSOffice, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
